Online Reservation Cancellations

More Than 48 Hours Notice:

Customers who wish to cancel their bowling lane reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time can do so without any penalty. You have the option to receive a full refund or to reschedule your reservation for a future date, subject to availability.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice:

Unfortunately, if a cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled reservation time, we will not be able to offer a refund. This policy is in place because it becomes increasingly difficult to allocate the lane to another party on short notice, which impacts our ability to serve other customers and manage our operations effectively.

No-Shows:

If you do not arrive for your scheduled reservation without any prior cancellation notice, this will be considered a no-show. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. We encourage our customers to contact us as soon as possible if you anticipate being unable to make your reservation.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your reservation for a future date, subject to availability, at no charge. Simply email us at info@orleansbowling.com with your reservation number and your preferred new date and time.

Less Than 48 Hours Notice:

If you wish to reschedule rather than cancel within 48 hours of your reservation, please email us at info@orleansbowling.com with your reservation number and the new date and time you would like. While changes on short notice are not guaranteed, we will always do our best to accommodate your request when possible on our side.

To cancel or reschedule your reservation, please email our customer service team at info@orleansbowling.com. Please have your reservation details handy to expedite the process.

Please allow 3–5 business days for a refund to be processed back onto your credit card.
Modifications to the Policy
Orleans Bowling reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Customers with existing reservations will be notified of any significant changes to the cancellation policy.
